By accessing or using Preny, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms represent a legally binding agreement between you and Preny, so it is important to fully understand them.

4.3 Customer accounts shall not be removed from the system.

When a customer registers with Preny, they are required to provide an email address and phone number for verification purposes. Preny will not delete customer accounts from the database even if the customer discontinues their service plan. This measure is implemented to prevent potential service abuse or hacking incidents.

5. Use of Preny

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use Preny for its intended purpose, which is to enhance customer support and engagement. This includes using the platform's AI-powered features and tools as described in our documentation.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing activities while using Preny. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, distributing malware, or violating intellectual property rights.

5.3 Responsibility for Chatbot Content

Users of Preny are responsible for the content of their chatbot scripts. Chatbot content must adhere to ethical standards and must not include offensive, violent, or subversive material. Violations of this policy will result in permanent account suspension.

5.4 Customer Support for Using Preny

Currently, Preny offers three packages: Basic, Advanced, and Enterprise. For technical support, customer service, or accounting inquiries, you can submit a support ticket to receive assistance from the Preny team.

Note: For Enterprise plans, a dedicated 1:1 support group with the Preny team will be created as a priority.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

Preny offers various subscription plans, each with its own features and pricing. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the associated fees as described on our website.

6.2 Payments

Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us or our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access to Preny will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
